Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
February 14, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 5:07 PM by Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Gordon Webber at the Antrim Town Hall.
Members Present: Gordon Webber, Mr. Genest and Mr. Tenney
Staff Present: Galen Stearns (Town Administrator)
1. Old 202 / Concord Road – Mr. Genest asked what our options are for the northern portion of this road from the bridge to Rt. 202. Mr. Stearns stated the options are:
a. Discontinue
b. Discontinue subjected to Gates and Bars
c. Revert to gravel roadway
d. Pave
Mr. Tenney stated that he would like to table the discussion and look at other options. Mr. Genest motioned to close the northern portion of the road subject to gates & bars. There was no second.
Consensus of the board was to move forward with the proposed plan to pave the road.
2. The representatives from Antrim Wind Energy presented to the board a request to consider entering into a PILOT agreement. No decisions were made.
There being no further business, the Mr. Tenney motioned to adjourn, Mr. Webber seconded, passed 3/0 at 6:45 PM.
